my impression of the ASX is it often does not even review yet make a judgment on such a subtle matter (unless it is drawn to their attention via a formal complaint). there are so many announcements issued on the ASX each day that I doubt the ASX can examine each announcement with a fine tooth comb. that is why so many companies are subject to class actions when a sudden disaster occurs. the ASX cannot review everything. do you really believe the ASX reads the Tanzanian media? please.... stop making your pointless posts. i trust if someone lodged a complaint to the ASX that the ASX might possibly review the matter
