I suspect that NAPE is for the other projects and they are reserving funds for Senegal so they can retain the maximum % share of any discovery (Is Hunt Oil that small that it really needs a farminee?). Raising additional funds for any future drill should not be a problem......they raised funds reasonably easily for the 3D survey and the results of the survey should be even more encouraging. Those hanging out for a short term spike may have to wait a little longer. Any excitement from additional info with regard to the 3D survey maybe muted by current market conditions. Things won't really start happening until a drill date is announced or if one of the other projects hits pay dirt.
