    Agree...bubble bath on housing prices.....and interestingly the home financial institutions have the faces to say it's a buy right now..LMFAO!

    Overpriced by a mile...look here in AUS.....Sydney, Melbourne, Perth etc....LOL houses are not worth their values....

    Still think we need another interest hike to stop the spenders. When I say spenders, I'm refering to the ones that are buying products and have no money....they will have to learn from the hard way I'm affraid....

    if you have $1mill or $10k it makes no difference if you are playing position sizing on your investment being property, shares or whatever.... no excuses my friend....it's simple mathmatics and common sense.

    The financials always....always benefits from the uninformed and will ALWAYS do....want an eg ?

    Harvey Norman.....they've got 12, 18, 24 months interest free....
    For the ppl that need to buy some products on that way and haven't got the full amount it's a great way to go about....just pay it off before the "defaults" arrive.

    BUT, there are so many out there that cannot think for themselves and will only start to seriously look at it and pay it off when the defaults are already hitting them at 29%...LOLOL
    I do not feel sorry for those ppl...they can read the contract before hand...and they can do their homework before hand....

    Same applies for purchasing a home.....nothing changes....Did you borrow at your limits ? well...good luck cause there is a 99% chance that interest rates fluctuates.....

    We are not in Japan mate..... we are in OZ...... even Japan.... look at their property slump from 1999.....

    Yes....our houses are way too overpriced and the top of the cycle is here.....be smart about it...
