I just don't understand what they are trying to achieve here.
It's almost as if they are deliberately flaunting the ASX rules, setting deadlines for announcements and then simply allowing them to pass with no explanation or communications.
This one looks likely to be another silence up to the weekend, buying more time and praying for a miracle? Either that or a well timed announcement released just after market close?
They must be aware that they are making no friends and I'd love to know what the folks at Regency are thinking at this juncture!
