we will have a better indication of where we go from here on Friday @ 9.15am , either way I am sure that MMX would like to have the matter dealt with asap ..... who would merge / take over / sign a major deal etc etc with MMX while the issue remains unresolved..... the longer MMX take to string things out the longer the uncertainty for all parties and the sp drifts ......time will tell.
