i think you may have ment absolute truth instead of "apparant truth" but i get your idea and yes, it does appear that nothing has absolute reality the buddhists say that things have no inherent reality and they spend years of days and nights watching the mind things are real conventionally and if conventional things are affecting us, then we need to take a look at them and their nature.
wouldn't surprise me if every thing exists in a mind perhaps all beings are part of that mind? i don't know.
