Generally I agree with your comment, but not sure if the company or ASX deems an announcement as price sensitive. That changes the optics imho.

But gone are the days of MM ASX companies announcing a MOU for terpene/CBD beer and seeing a 5-10% jump in share price. This is a promising JV but it will still cost money and share dilution. Market is more educated and rightly skeptical, after a solid 12 months of constant announcements from a lot of MM companies, some which have come to nothing. Hence todays market reaction.
