If I invest $500k into a project (which represents 30% of the total investment), and that project is now worth $3bill, then my investment is now worth $900mill (30% x $3bill).
Thats beacuse its an investment, not a loan. If you can show me the loan agreement which stipulates repayment terms and interest rates, then I'll go away!!
