Yeh, I'm not surprised. A TH is usually called once all info is to hand and allows time to prepare an Ann to comply with continuous disclosure and may include a guidance for way forward based on the results. Happens quite often that an Ann is not ready in the 2 days and Coy has to go into a suspension. (suspension can also be extended if necessary)
The only thing that matters is the actual ann, so a couple more days is neither here nor there.
If Todd are to influence the ann that will happen whether it was issued today or by Monday
