I think fair value would be 23-25c. AVZ way oversold IMO. I wouldn't be waiting for 10-12c, I think now is the time to buy, fundamentals won't let it sink much lower IMO.
And when the pendulum swings back, It'll be hard sharp and fast.
I think the turbulence is only sentiment driven, as time unfolds, that will change.
IMO, haven't sold one. DYOR etc.
