With dividends of 11c looming from 2019 and beyond a SP between $2 and $2.5 would probable be a fair call. The key to revival is an EPS growth which really hasn’t happened. Even with a 30c dividend the EPS payout was around 90% or more which was deceptive of the underlying fragility
