- Upon the establishment of the SPV, all project IP will be assigned to the SPV, and the SPV will become a party to a number of key party project agreements including the Master Technology Licence, NLC Services Agreement, NMDC Services Agreement and ECT Services Agreement.
My guess is that this agreement is specific to this plant only, but the above agreements would no doubt include wording/scope udefor the roll over nationwide. I would also expect it includes all aspects of the manufacturing, R&D, IP related to this project domestically.
Just my expectations. 49% is a win for us I think too.
