Eh...hold on a tick. Last proposal was for cash at US$4.70 and a special dividend (FF) at US 28c which meant that some could use the franking credits, so a potential of A16c of additional value.
Am I wrong in thinking that the revised proposal removes the special dividend component and is therefore in effect is 16 cent lower than the previous proposal???
