Ive now held the company for 12-18 months and with the peaks and troughs this company has been nice to trade every now again, but overall I don’t mind sitting on this stock as I can understand the model with simple logic of signing more buildings, the business growing, with the obvious assumption that expenses growth does not increase at the same rate.
My questions are,
1. will the government continue to prop up with grants for “research”, as they still rely very heavily on this. I know they have short term covered but what about 2-5 years?
The next one or two quarters will decided my longer term outlook on this company.
2. What are people’s predictions for break even timeline. By year end?
