All good questions.

Why would you go after the chairman of the board (please state reasons)?

I’ll answer this question more comprehensively over the next day or so. It deserves a fuller explanation than I can type on my phone at the present time.

What cost are incurred by the company over these actions?

Engaging an independent remuneration specialist to provide an expert opinion on MDs salary?

I would think the cost would be modest. A very small fraction of the company admin budget.

Many companies commission salary benchmarking. It’s a justifiable and reasonable business expense, particularly considering the concerns raised by shareholders to date.

Have you at any time had conversations with management (other than asking for the share register)?
If not why not?

Not sure what you mean exactly. It may be difficult for him to give me any assurances that will erase history or address my concerns about his renuneration.

I really don’t have the means to change his mind or convince him of anything. I find the conversations unfruitful.

Do you have any ulterior motives or inspirations by bring this resolution to share holders?

Ulterior motives? Like trying to bring down the shareprice to buy low?

No. I gave my full name to everyone on the mail circular. Anyone with the share register can track my trades. I’m not buying and won’t until after the campaign concludes.

Inspiration? I suppose I feel compelled to act out of a sense of frustration and desire for change. I wish things were different. I wish the concerns of people like myself were listened to and acted on.

A couple of times people have said to me ‘if you don’t like the way the company is run sell your shares and leave’. I hate this attitude. I prefer to instigate change.
