Mossberg, while I am concerned about the share price, I don't believe that your action is going to remedy the situation. The most recent announcement by Azure show that the company is very busy fast-tracking the development of Oposura. Your actions will if anything slow down this development process.
My own belief is that you will likely get the votes for a meeting, but that your resolutions will be defeated by the institutions and major share holders. Why you want to get rid of the Chairman I cannot understand. The second objective is Tony Rovira's salary. His base salary is $300,000, which to me does not seem unreasonable, however his bonus may be matter for discussion.
A better line of action would be a direct conversation with the company.
I do not support the action.
