I think you are referring to the Takeover by QTK that did not succeed...spkied to an intraday high of 14.5 from memory...this also cost ZYL/Shareholders at the time $250k in direct costs and un measurerable cost in time diverted from the go forward.
Hope this is assistance...perhaps a quick review of past anns/financials and reports might aid you to a better understanding of ZYL and make you feel more comfortable with your holding
