Get over it, its history and we Don't know the circumstances behind that deal but it hasn't gone ahead and we are now dealing with what does matter and that's survival and getting to production.
If your a trader and have been caught out, the problem is yours, if you plan to be around for the long term then todays shareprice is irrelevant other than a chance to top up....nobody is going to pay any more than they have to untill finance and its implications regarding dilution is known ...check out BAT as a rough guide...
