Hi Luke, good questions. My views :

    1. Landbridge Takeover. I'm with Hunter and I did not want to see a Landbridge Takeover. I agitated against it in the background at the time. The Directors were absolutely against the offer. There is no doubt if they wanted it to happen, it would have happened. But they did shrewdly string them along against another interested party, to get a better blocking stake from AEGP - oh that was incredibly Well Played, Sir's !! I also recall seeing an Ann to the Market that they did not want to get taken out so cheaply. They played and won a strategy battle to fend them off. ** Personal Disclosure : I held Westside, Arrow and Dart Energy shares. Each has a T/O story linked to either Armour or Landbridge.

    2. Share Price. I acknowledge the disappointing and undeniable fact is the SP is persistently below and struggling to maintain even $0.10 - let alone $0.20. Last time SP was $0.20 was 5 years ago, in 2013 (albeit AEP paid me .25c in 2016) !

On the positive side, a lot of Posters here are passionate about the fact that Armour has a structured, staged Development Plan and it is delivering to this Plan ..... it is ticking off the Kincora milestones and communicating as it goes. The output, and revenue is growing, but to achieve this the Company has had significant costs and had to raise money (held as debt) as well. The fact is nobody can know exactly when SP will hit $0.20 again, but it will occur at the time that our revenue streams outgrow our spending. This is really up to how the Company spends, but my best prediction is this will take place at some stage in the next 24 months. The caveat here of course is how soon and in what format to we kick off our monster projects in NW QLD & NT, as this will incur significant costs, before we grow income.

Hunter makes a good point about Investors Time Horizon. This stock has always been a long to very term play. It is good buying now for the long term future IMO. However, I will always hold other shares for shorter term gains.

    GLTH and Patience !
