Its not the best of capital environments at the moment. Its a good thing AVM's got plenty of it. Imagine trying to raise $300m for Kins given the current situation.
Once the DRC resource ministry sorts itself out I think we're going to get some speculative takeover shots. AVM and Kins in particular would represent a great pickup for most of the big resource co's.
Dik and Kulu are rapidly becoming second cousins to Kins.
Met a senior Newmont mgr recently and was surprised that they're getting into the DRC now.
