It looks pretty clear to me that the revised agreement does not stipulate forced JV of any of the tenements to Bhushan.
Merely right of refusal, and the ownership rights and obligations should they choose to exercise.
Yet there is obviously an intention to JV at least one of them or there would be no agreement.
