OK- the best case scenario for TLS and the 3 billion shortfall is 1.5billion.that means at current SP, and current EBITDA of 10 billion, they will lose 15% and cut Divvy by the same amount-that is 3.3 cents.
basically it means that TLS at best will pay about 18 cents and at worst-15 cents.
that is why analysts are hanging back.
