Have you noticed how deep the pullback was today in BKW? That surprised me. I thought that the Labor negative gearing policy was good for new housing and therefore good for BKW. I also have no REITS having recently sold WFD. I prefer the URB style as I think that is an active business. That's why I liked GOW and I see EVT as similar as they are active businesses. Mantra hotels got stolen from our basket so a bit frustrated.
We used to hold TPM ( TPG) directly and we sold out in the early $6.00 because of my experiences surrounding the changing landscape for broadband. Vodafone and Telstra both have a great product I think is designed to go head to head with TPG. The product drops out from adsl and I think NBN to mobile at their cost if there is a network issue.
