MCT picked up AB for, what, circa $5mill a couple of years ago?
They are now trying to sell it for, what, circa $30mill?
Ergo, they are telling the market they added $25mill of value to AB. How? Please, tell us. Did you find additional zinc? De-risked the project? Found a cheaper way to develop the project? etc.
Answer. None of those. Nada, nothing.
So, as a North American investor, why should I pay the $25mill premium?
