Hi Mitchum,
How about that we think in this way. What will happen if SAS did not release an ANN like this to the market (in a parellel universe).
I think it will be likely for some non-holders like yourself to make following assumptions where there is no news of the director mentioning of their released escrow share.
a. The director has sold at least xxx amount of shares, wait for an ANN for the director's sale. Time to sell before the fire sell from the market once the change of director holding ANN is out.
b. The director must have done some undertable deal to sell the shares to an investor to make money for their own. Wait for a change of substantial holding ANN. Everyone sell their share before the change of substantial holding ANN is out.
c. The director better release an ANN to explain their plan with the escrow share. The reason they still have not done this is because they are preparing to sell their share. Time to sell everyone as the director has no explaination of their plan.
d. Bla bla bla bla......
IMO this is an utterly below standard post and just showing how some down rampers are desperate to accuse the SAS management to be desperate.
