zyl imho is 1 in 100, maybe 1 in 1000 as far as specs go so dont fall into the trap of thinking there are a lot of others out there...
very rarely do you get a spec like this with low scrip (shares on issue) - thus a very low market cap, world class cutting edge technology, brilliant management with loads of integrity so far under the radar. in fact with the exception of a stock like pdn which i missed altogether, i have never seen an opportunity present itself like this in the years i have been following the market. nick sikiotis summed it up when he took over as ceo, "we no longer are going to remain the best kept secret"...
i have friends that deal only in blue chips too mowbray and they were laughing at me a few months ago. not anymore, in fact a few of them have also bought modeset parcels now.
