AZS Shareholder Resolution, page-18

I wont be supporting the resolution, reasons being.
Management have done a great job in picking up the projects that we presently have and in my opinion should be paid accordingly.
Don't get distracted by the current share price. Blind freddy can see the potential here. We are not far away from getting Oposura up and running and it will make $$$$ the shareholders. It will more than likely just be the start with others to follow.
Mexico is a fantastic mining district and the Company has now got a very good reputation with many projects in the offing.
