Guys we can squabble amongst ourselves till we are all blue in the face ........the fact of the matter is on Friday at 9:15 am the Federal Court will decide if there is sufficient grounds to proceed with the case.Subsequently whatever dealings took place will come to light , if in fact laws have been broken then the court will make a ruling as to how to compensate the aggrieved party.
The game of "did not" / "did to" is futile........let the court decide.
