if you have read the morning star report they have fair valuation at 0.04c per share now it is 0.026c. earlier today it was at 0.022 which is half fair valuation. if they get the go ahead for the mining in nz it puts into play the uranium deposits in WA as mhc will have enough money and enough time to wait for a pro nuclear government- they still have the mine and will have lots of cash to develop it from the trans tasman mine.
mhc won't release capital raise shares until the decision is final from the judge, if they were going to release shares before the decision they would have followed the timetable released by them. if the judge gives it the go ahead it will be worth many times 0.04c per share and the share price will bounce so good luck to anyone hoping to get any capital raise shares at 0.024 or below 0.05. people have been paying more than that recently even without the judges decision. looks like a few have been accumulating recently.
