IMO it's likely the valuation announcement is a deliberate attempt to provide framework for the impending announcement of a signed contract(s). This may be an obvious statement to some but the effect could mean we are now only a week or so away following market digestion of the valuation. The abhijeet deal had a few loop holes in it so we may see some more news regarding this before a concrete contract but I might be wrong and a signed contract surfaces anyway.
It's just a shame the daytrader handbrake is now on.
