Firstly: In the last 24 hr period the Britoil 121 has travelled 51 nm maintaining the average speed of 2.1 that it achieved in the previous period. So it is still on track to reach Dorado in the early hours of 20th. If there is an improvement in speed it may even arrive late tomorrow.
Secondly, the Siem Topaz set off from the Dampier anchorage about 8.15pm (AWST) this evening. It followed the Maersk Master out of the anchorage as the MM set course for PS3. Cheers.
