Well the Gap from pre-Announce Close is one.I think this because the Thursday Gap was formed on "poorish" news.
This Taiwan Vivotek is not that crash hot.It may be the 2nd/3rd Ranked but I've found it difficult to define it's Ranking in WHAT Industry segment.
As was pointed out elsewhere this Company is a 6% Market Sharer.Number One Must be either very Dominant[50%+]OR the Industry is Highly Fragmented with Lots of Competition.

So as ZYL went UP on this in the Future Contract,I reckon it's not going to be sustained ie it'll Retrace.
On retrace below 12 cents a "panic"/Stop Loss Trigger COULD occur amongst the 19 Million shares bought on Thursday at or above 13.5 cents[VWAP Thursday was 13.5cents and Volume was 38mil#]

Sooo ZYL MAY drop even further than 10cents odd due to Sell Pressure by Recent Buyers.

We then come to the "Amended Cash Flow" notice Friday that Indicates that ZYL cash Burnt at $600k last Qtr without having a Share Placement AND ZYL has $600k Cash in Hand as of 31/12/07 so IF ZYL's new Contracts aren't On Line sufficiently yet to cover the Burn?
well,there'll HAVE 2 Be another Placement and that'll probably be this Month and what price this Placement?

That's what you have to wait for and you have to watch how it goes over with the Holders,let alone Receivers of the Placement.
ie well,you know how placements CAN go over in speculative,penny shares right,infoseeker?In the Short Term at least?
