Doole/others: I expect absolutely NOTHING POSITIVE to come out of this trip to Germany.
My reasoning: Those Krauts are not stupid. Suda cannot really offer them much of VALUE at this point in time!
IF Suda will be able to finally sign some really money making DEALS in the not too distant future, the Krauts are better off to delay the settlement until that point in time....

Therefore, JIMHO: I do expect NO outcome whatsoever (everything remaining pending) OR alternatively a really very poor deal with kind of giving away a really substantial part/stake of the company for 'peanuts'.... Either way not going to be inspiring - again JIMHO.

By NOT expecting ANYTHING POSITIVE, I shall be well prepared for a very unusual positive surprise by Suda - an extremely rare event with EMS/SUD for certain. (Black Swan - but a positive one rather than the DODO bird appearing in full swing...)

Incidentally, an email of mine to the company asking for some really harmless information (sent quite some time ago) remained completely unanswered.... NO SURPRISE in that either - Suda's management only seems to have 'enough time' for answering phone-calls perhaps?? (How difficult is it to answer an email, I wonder....)

Would I recommend Suda stock to any newcomer?! Only if she/he would be a total adversery/ennemy of mine and luckily I do not have such in my surroundings or circle of acquaintances at ALL. Friends of course I would be warning strongly about not risking any funds here. IF they want to gamble, there are always casinos around in most places....
