Hi Peliatan, there is no requirement to pay rap relocation cost until such time as you require the relocation to happen is my understanding. Other companies have a ML but haven't paid the relocation costs, some have since paid but was well after they first got their ML, believe there is a time limit on it once you get the valuer approval before you start incurring some interest penalties or such. So I would be a bit surprised if they start paying anything until they get their licence and finance sorted, I would assume the finance requirement amount would be inclusive of the rap cost, though perhaps if they haven't issued anything on it yet it's a bit hard to say.
