Yeah $6.63 will no longer cut it.
Most of the takeover premium has been captured by the rise in oil prices. If you look at the prices of WPL and OSH they have pretty much caught up to STO in terms of the last few months. As a result, even without the takeover offer, I would say the price would be around these levels, maybe slightly lower at $6 say.
So, the current offer is a very slim premium. There's much to positive about with STO as a turnaround story. The debt is coming down, dividends should be on their way.
