They’re negotiating! Negotiating a resource that’s not economical to mine as yet.
Meanwhile, Savannah Resources continues to move forward with drlling campaigns and market updates about exploration success.
While, NLI is at a complete standstill when they should be exploring their extensive tenement holding in Portugal. Proving up another resource so the the outcome with Luso is not so critical.
Sitting on all that cash is not doing SH’s any good. To argue the cash is required to provide an argument that NLI is more financially viable than Luso is laughable.
I can only see this going one way, my guess is NLI will be paid around $4m to $6m by Luso for exploration expenses (probably paid by Savannah) and NLI will be sitting on $20m cash twiddling their thumbs for another year or two.
All just my opinion based on following this poorly managed company for a couple of years now.
