A $ value on PGM ?

I always have difficulty understanding the market and establishing a $ value. The worst offenders being the touts working as Financial advisors so it is interesting when we see something sell that can help us get our head around what someone thinks something is worth. A month ago such an event occurred JRV sold its 1.5% royalty in AUZ's Flemington resource and its 1.7% royalty in Scandium International's Nyngan
resource to Cobalt27. for $4.5m USD (1.5 in USD and $3m us in share with a relative short holding period)
You can do your own research on Cobalt27 its listed on the TSX and Frankfurt.

One is a pure Scandium play the other a Nickel Cobalt, Scandium resource so I think it can be used as a peg in the ground to help measure Owendale. The available information I have read does not give a value to what Cobalt27 paid for each but if you were to assign $2m US to each that what value would a 100% royalty for each be in USD.

Is Colbalt27 a company run by fools and did they pay way over the odds?
What price would AUZ put on Flemington if CLQ wanted to buy it?
Can we use this to extrapolate a value for Owendale.?
Why aren't we being circled by sharks. ?
IS PGM is so ripe for take/over.
I am adding Cobalt27 to my list of possible suitors.
They have the cash. they have the contacts, a straight share swap would be north of 100PGM for each Cobalt27.
Cobalt 27 is another Canadian with the contacts that could probably maximise Greenland and Munni

As an aside I think the story of JRV, shareholder descent, and how it lost Flemington would be a good read if ever it came out.
It seems to have ended well for the shareholders. Spoiler the chairman didn't come out of it well.
