if not part of Group#1, then in the also ran category and expect it in 28 days

who are these who have been granted the license so far?

is it just me who doesn't get these whole Tanz license thingamajig or are you all at your wit's end too??? frankly speaking, if Tanzania expects any new investment in the coming few years, they must be out of tune with how things are done in the rest of the world...
