Please correct me if I am wrong. My understanding is that KNL has the ML already, we are not member of those applicants waiting for a license to be granted. However, We are waiting for the Tanz government to formalise the regulation (or amend the regulation) in relation to the foreign banking and finance rules based on the legislation change. To put it simple, we are waiting for the money, not license.
