I haven't posted here for awhile as there has been nothing of substance posted, but not paying your employees is the end. Even if you were going to shutdown the business here in Australia then you would shutdown and payout your employees, not just not pay them.

The good news I guess is this looks like it might get resolved before June 30 so the holders can at least claim the tax loss for this year. There are a lot of lessons for the ASX and ASIC from BIG and hope for everyone's sake that they are heeded and changes are implemented.
