nice post ctindale specially because i was waiting for someone to say:

1. this: If you watch things close enough you can tell whats happening most of the time. (Re PRE)


2. and this: The general market crash will probably re occur in over the next 6 weeks. So we have to to be right on our toes to duck either

So thanks as i hold very little of PRE and can't play w it like u do...still if people like u hold 3mil of that (PRE) then it means that PRE should have sthing! (1 good point)

Also finally someone says it loud: a new "pate" is to expect for MArch - thanks cause now we are 2 saying so i feel better...

Also i think we went through the worse don;t u?
meaning i don't believe next turn down will be as bad as last! and will mainly happen because of the rising of interest to 7.25%. some people will have a hard time in Australia. hope it won't be me!!!!
