This whole saga reminds me of injury or work cover claims. Drag the whole thing out so long so the little guy is either so financially or emotionally crippled that they accept what is neither fair or just. Unfortunately its perfectly legal and hard to prove.
I bought this stock as I saw it as an undervalued company with a good project that'll provide generous cash flows for years to come. The small free float was also attractive, but turned out to be why we are here now - silly me.
Seeing as I have had my cash locked away for so long now, it gives me further motivaion to get closer to what is a fair return. I will wait another year if necessary, although Taurus are trying to get the best deal they can (fair enough for their stakeholders), it is morally wrong what they are doing and they should be held to account or have to fight much harder than they planned.
I am not expecting to get fair value, but expecting to get much more that this insulting, low ball offer they have provided.
