Key words are "closing of Financing". You can't close something unless options have been opened. Therefore, Standard Due diligence requires the bankers or financiers to see the asset. Once this is complete, they will close out the financing arrangement. That means, financing has progress passed a stage that most punters think IBG is at, in that they think that there wont be any financing. Hence the share price. Finance is progressing, will be closed out, mine will be funded. Just a matter of time and patience, the latter is running thin in the case of all the recent sellers. At least we got something new in that bit of news.
