If we're getting onto the conspiracy trail DK Id like to go back a little way to when NS took their position.

Ive been at pains to understand the statement of Aim in saying that

"... North Sound is not acting in good faith or for a proper purpose."

We know that NS had previously moved on the Afplats board and were instrumental in having Charles Hansard removed with other Afplats holders irrespective of what eventually happened with Afplats and whther it turned out to be what NS wanted in the end.

We also know that Aim possibly felt threatened by what could reasonably be seen as a possible corporate raider in NS after what happened to Afplats/Hansard.Just take a quick look at Hansards qualifications.Familiar?Seem a little similar to one Marc Flory.Mining investment industry background with no real experience in bringing a spec to production according to NS and others.Its the perception of waht NS COULD have been thinking thats important here.

Question being is this where it all went pear shaped.

Was NS position being held for a "proper purpose"?

Then we have another major taking position in Aim.

And bingo we have a problem Houston,particularly from NS pov.

I am also looking to why MF has stepped back and Your reasoning DK seems to be one of the few plausible explanations as to why he might be acting "defensively" in terms of his board position.

What I am after are reasons behind all this rubbish.

Things are beginning to gel a little more in this investors mind as to exactly why we are being put through all this.
