Well now here's something interesting, perhaps the present THR Share Price has an Issue of sorts factored into it at say 10 Cents. Converting the Warrants to Shares would give Entitlements to the Issue Shares or whatever and the Warrants would probably miss out. Hmmm, the possibily picking up Issue Shares at say 10 Cents may be the reason for this move of converting their Warrants at 20 Cents per Share rather than paying Market Price of 12.5 to 13 Cents Today, however I think they would have done better by Buying THR Shares on the Market and Selling their Warrants on the Market if this was their thinking. (That recent BTV Entitlements Issue has thickened up BTV's Cash Position to participate in any Issue by THR).
