My guess is a farm out of the 90% to 100% Youanmi gold tenements in order to fund exploration and share the risk.
Remembering that the recent helicopter survey identified some likely gold mineralisation that tied nicely in with historic field work but funding the exploration drilling was always the question.
More than happy to get some cash in to progress Youanmi gold exploration whilst the capital raise raise will fund the exciting lithium & vanadium prospects.
