I'm fairly certain forward earnings is what will drive growth in the SP, along with investor confidence once the full impacts of a finalised NBN + 4th Mobile carrier are fully understood...
Realistically, most investors here couldn't care less if barney the purple dinosaur ran the company, as long as the future potential looked strong.
