Has anyone considered the possibility of a JV with KLM on their Carbine-Holmes Tennements?
- RAU are still interested in Mt Carbine - KLM tennements surround Mt Carbine - KLM is a small-cap whose current focus is on setting up their Geo-science division and concentrating on small alluvial tin deposits with low cost of production and early cash flow in Tasmania and in the valleys surrounding Mt Holmes/Mt Carbine. - KLM only has $2.7m cash reserves and is not interested at the present time in going back to the market to raise money. - KLM would look at farm-in agreements, if appropriate (refer to BRR presentation). - KLM have 11 projects + geoscience division that they are currently working on developing which spreads expenditure thinly between projects. They may look at a JV to fast-track projects. - RAU has the cash reserves and is trying to build its portfolio of tungsten projects. - JV's are very common practice in the mining industry
Just a thought/speculation on my behalf :)
