I think that they wont mind and orderly transition of some TLS services to other providers, because this area probably can be mirco managed better individually by others. The SP will be liked more once clarity is evident. I understand all the reasons why there is pressure on the SP, it is a massive job, but I can see the outlook should be much better in time.
