That seems awfully optimistic to me - trying to raise $1.9M in a non-underwritten offer. I hope James pulls it off but to rely on a 100% participation from retail investors, seems a bit excessive...?!
Re. Position: am a long term holder but got out a month ago orso for a bit as I saw the credit raise coming in the quarterlies... will be back in though after this CR. I believe in James' capabilities and the prospects of Dart, but just not in a position to participate in a CR atm...
